Justices hands were tied for Susurluk

The Justice can't do anything as the reports haven't been delivered to the Courts yet and the Parliament Members related to the scandal have immunity

Although three and a half years have passed since an accident happened in Susurluk on November 3 1996, many questions haven't been answered yet.Unanswered questions, the reports that weren't delivered to the Courts and the immunity of the Parliament Members related to the Susurluk case, have tied the hands of the Jurisdiction.
Despite the public pressure the Turkish National Assembly did not removed the immunity of the Parliament members whose names were mentioned in the scandal. The judgement process for DYP Sanliurfa deputy Sedat Bucak has stopped and the Jurisdiction could not decide where and where could Elazig independent deputy Mehmet Agar should be judged.
Mahmut Yildirim, known as "Green" in the public, could not be found despite the all efforts. The State Security Court gave an imprisonment order for the Green and wanted him to be found. Now the public wonders whether the search ended as the Green, who was claimed to work for the state hasnR't been captured yet.
