Petkim profits down

       Petkim's 1998 net profits went down 35.50 percent from the last year, which translates into 21 trillon and 881 billion TL. Last year Petkim had announced a net profit of 33 trillion and 926 billion TL net profit. On the other hand, Borusan Yatirim has increased its net profits 100.06 percent and up to 2.1 trillion TL.

       Autonomy Project, aiming to serve those who are physically challenged, is now moving forward with more services provided by Kocbank. In accordance with an agreement signed with Tofas Oto, Kocbank will continue to provide easy credit for the physically challenged. In Fethiye the credit was used for the first time. Autonomy Project enables the physically challenged to drive cars without help.
