Cem goes to Europe

       Turkey has gotten aid from many countries after the quake hit, especially from the countries that are members of the European Union(EU). Foreign Affairs Minister Ismail Cem is going on a five day tour to countries that include France and Britain to improve the relations with these countries. Mr.Cem will meet with Britain's Foreign Affairs Minister, Robin Cook and General Secretary of NATO, George Robertson, when he goes to Britain on September 1st. He will interview with Financial Times and Time magazines and also give speeches on television and radio broadcasts. After giving a speech in a seminar called Capital Markets and Investments to Turkey, Mr.Cem will return home.
