100,000 beggar children live in Istanbul

Child right activists in Turkey have confirmed that beggar gangs rent children.
Activists said beggar children rate has become uncontrollable since Syrian refugees came. Non-governmental organizations’ representatives have stated almost 100,000 children are forced to beg. Beggar gang members are fined 120 Turkish Liras.
